Ilídia Cabral, Maria Conceição Andrade Silva, Rosário Serrão e José Matias Alves, investigadores do Projeto EDUGest do CEDH, irão participar com a comunicação oral intitulada "The effects of Principals´ leadership in generating extra effort, efficacy and satisfaction of teachers: Portuguese teachers´ perceptions" na 10th World Conference on Educational Sciences. Esta Conferência terá lugar em Praga, em fevereiro de 2018 e pretende reunir diferentes intervenientes do campo da Educação para uma discussão teórico-prática de tópicios relevantes e atuais.

This Conference will take place in Prague, in February 2018, and aims to bring together different actors in the Education field for a theorical and practicl discussion about important topics.
